Our goal is for every student to find joy in exploring, creating, learning and experiencing the arts while discovering the artist within. Such educational efforts require that all participants demonstrate respect for each other, Creative Arts Center employees, and visitors in the gallery.

I hereby release the Fannin Community Foundation, Inc. and Creative Arts Center from any liability for any accidents while at the Creative Arts Center. I hereby release any employee or volunteer of the Fannin Community Foundation, Inc. and Creative Arts Center required to administer first aid or obtain medical care from any licensed physician or medical facility if time is of the essence.

I give my permission for myself, photograph and/or artwork to be published in Creative Arts Center or Fannin Community Foundation, Inc. advertisements and publicity.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Classes

• For cancellations made by the center (due to not having enough people in a class, an instructor becoming ill, bad weather, etc.) – students will be entitled to a full refund or they may choose to receive a credit towards another class or they may attend a make-up class if one if offered.

• For cancellations made by a student at least one week in advance – students are entitled to a full refund or they may choose to receive a credit towards another class.

• For cancellations made by a student less than one week in advance and more than 72 hours in advance – students are entitled to a refund or credit towards another class, minus a 50% cancellation fee.

• For cancellations or no-shows with less than 72 hours in advance – no refund, nor credit will be given
