Our goal is for every student to find joy in exploring, creating, learning and experiencing the arts while discovering the artist within. Such educational efforts require that all students demonstrate respect for each other, Creative Arts Center employees, and visitors in the gallery. Should your child's actions be considered inappropriate or repeatedly disruptive to the class or the gallery, the instructor and/or Director will remove the child from the class and the parent/guardian will be expected to leave the center with their child(ren.)
I hereby release the Fannin Community Foundation, Inc. and Creative Arts Center on behalf of myself and/or my child from any liability for any accidents while at the Creative Arts Center. I hereby release any employee or volunteer of the Fannin Community Foundation, Inc. and Creative Arts Center required to administer first aid or obtain medical care from any licensed physician or medical facility if time is of the essence and/or the parent or guardian cannot be contacted.
I give my permission for my child (self, photograph or artwork) to be published in Creative Arts Center or Fannin Community Foundation, Inc. advertisements and publicity.
